Hi, from what I can see, this doesent seem to be possible.
Is there any easy workaround? I need to add multiple thousands of Opportunities to a Marketing List.

With Marketing lists, they can be against Leads, Contacts, and Accounts - this link might also help:

You would have to set up an intersect entity between Marketing lists/ Opportunities-
