You should have found KB article 847735 that contains instructions on adding the Snotes table to a report. As for bug 19437, it is not published as we can't publish every bug. However, I will propose modifying KB 847735 to include the extra steps needed for version 7.0 FP1.

I assume you have followed KB article 847735 to add the SNOTES table to your Crystal report. However, in 7.0 FP1, the print notes option in the ROI screen does not become enabled unless the report format that had the snotes table added to it is the default format in the report control maintenance screen. This is due to bug 19437. In Report Control Maintenance, make sure the customized report the first report listed so it will be the default.
