find the time value difference between the earliest and latest values in a set of child records

I am keen not to use Rollup fields here to find the earliest value amongst the Start Time of child records then again to find the lastest value for End time amongst the same set of child records in order to find the elapsed time between these two.

I have tried and failed to use Flow but wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction.  I thought that FetsXML aggregation may help but I'm a user and configurer, not a programmer so a bit out of my depth here.

Can anyone give me an idea where to start and what to try please?

    Hi Nettsales,

You can retrieve most recent or oldest child records in the power automate.

    https://benitezhere.blogspot.com/2019/11/retrieving-most-recent-or-oldest-records-in-Power-Automate.html

On the List records action you can use the Order(asc/desc) by and column name of the date and then get Top 1 record.

For example: Get a list of Child records and order by the Created On Date in ascending order, and my retrieve query is only returning the top one record which would be the oldest date:

Then calculate difference between two times:
