We use fulfillment orders to track the order through the process, but once the status hits Unconfirmed Pack or Ready to Ship/Post you can no longer change the quantity of an item except for decreasing. In our business this totals can change at the last minute. The only way i have found is to delete the row from the order and re-enter it with the new quantity. Not really a good solution. Does anyone know if there is a work-around for this using Support Debugging Tool or some other setting? Your help is much appreciated!!!
the error message states:You cannot increase the quantity to deliver in terms of U of M, to be greater than x, because this document has a document status of Unconfirmed Pack or Ready to Ship.
