You can use the static method: Docu::splitFilename.

You can use the functions available in the System.IO namespace (::File and ::Path are very helpful) :
System.IO.Path::GetFileName();System.IO.Path::GetFileNameWithoutExtension();System.IO.Path::GetExtension();
Be sure to assert the correct InteropPermission and FileIOPermission permissions.
