I'm trying to setup an email account in Business Central Online (latest version) to send emails as SMTP.
The email account is setup as a Specific User with Basic Authentication, using the "Apply Office 365 Server Settings" settings.
This is the error on the email outbox: (I've checked and the account and password are correct)
On the Microsoft Entra admin center, the tenant has “Security Defaults” enabled.
On the Microsoft 365 admin center, the specific email account has SMTP enabled.
The specific email account does not have MFA enabled.
The account can send emails directly from outlook.
This account is not a shared mailbox, but an individual account.
On Microsoft Entra admin center, on the login session log, the error displayed is the following: "Access has been blocked by security defaults.".
Is the override for the "Security Defaults" on the individual email account not working anymore?
