Hi everybody,

I hope you are doing well.

Maybe my question seems basic. Sorry about it in advance!

On the customer card (PAGE21), I selected "Create action based on a flow"
Then, I created a simple workflow to have it on my business central option. (Users can act on it in BC environment. )

Everything looks good and I am pretty sure that I've entered correct and valid data in the inputs.
But, it has not been added in BC environment.
how to handle it?

Hi, I'm not sure which template you added, I tested it briefly and it worked fine.

In addition, the first trigger of this process is always the "For a selected record (V3)" trigger. You can check the Page or table (optional) settings.

Hi,

It looks like when you create a flow directly from Business Central using the "Create action based on a flow" feature, it may be going to the default environment of your tenant. This could be why you are not seeing it within the BC environment where you expect it to appear.

Go to your Power Automate environment and verify that the flow you created has been added to the default environment of your tenant.
