I have to write a workflow that triggers on Account Name change to send email alert to a specific email id (emailid@domain.com). The email could be internal domain account or external. Now, I am managing with creating a Queue attached to the email. Sending email to the Queue. But I want to send directly to the email id. Is it possible in CRM to do that using workflows?
