SOP Setup – Delete Documents Option

In SOP Setup, when you select a specific document type, i.e. STDINV, there is an options section at the bottom.  One of the choices is Delete Documents.  I have unchecked that option meaning I don’t want the ability to delete STDINV type documents.  Want to force voids instead. Yet, I can still delete these document types. What gives?  Running GP10.

Did you restart GP after making the setup change?  Setups are read when the software is first loaded.  Changes sometimes require restarting.

That option only affects orders going forward. So any orders that were entered prior to that change will still be able to be deleted.
