Hi,

i'm exporting some data to Excel from ax2012 using Excel Exporter. 

I've export 10 reports. Now i've another report in which i've to show only the total amount data contains in these reports.

I.e

ReportA: 105

ReportB: 10

ReportC: 40

ReportD: 45

ReportE: 34

Now how it can be possible. Kindly do share your knowledge.

    Hi Zohan,

    Please provide more information. I'm not able to understand your question. Please explain what you mean with Excel Exporter. Also mention the reports you need to export and the total is telling the business user. If you have exported to Excel, can't you just combine the excel sheets and create another sheet for the totals?

    I've several reports which i've been extracting data from ax2012 to excel sheet. But now i've to generate another report through which i've been generating total amount of data of these reports.

    Hi Zohan,

    You haven't answered my previous questions. So, I really don't know what you are doing. What type of reports are you creating. Is Excel Exporter is a third-party add-on or not? What is "total amount"? A total for several ledger accounts? Or a total number of lines in Excel? I thought you needed some help on Excel rather than help on Dynamics AX.

    Dear Andre,

    I'm using excel exporter reports for showing data on excel. Now i've another report named as Control_parameter in which i've show the all amount of rows that has been fetched from these reports and transfer it to excel sheet. Now kindly do let me know how it can be possible ?

    For example :

    i've made two reports through excel exporter code. Now i want another report which shows only amount of rows fetched from these reports will show it there.

    Report 1 : contains 100 rows

    Report 2: contain 20 rows.

    Control parameter report:

    Report1: 100

    Report2: 20
