Dynamic 365 Customer Service Hub setup issue

Hello, I am managing the Dynamic 365 for my company Vendoorapp. As an admin I am facing issue to setup Dynamic 365 Customer Service Hub and workspace. In admin central I have granted rights of Dynamic 365 Customer Service Enterprise, Sales Enterprise Edition, Team Members, Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Power Automate. Still, when I try to setup Dynamic 365 Customer Service Hub or workspace from Power Apss, it shows me /trial/ or /start a trial for 30 days./

The other thing is, I want a URL of mycompanyname.crm.dynamics but it shows orgdd4ceb4f.crm.dynamics.

Kindly help to resolve above both issues.

Hi,

Are you using the trial version of Customer Service?

I'm using the trial version and the situation you described occurs.

You can change the URL of the environment in the Power Platform Admin Center.

How to Change the Name and URL of a Dynamics 365 or Dataverse Environment - Power x 365
