When I apply filter for any of the views from the filter button, open any record and close it, the filtering applied gets reverted.

 The issues happens intermittently.

    Hi Vikash,

Its not possible to share the exact screenshot of the scenario I'm talking about. But this is the filter I'm talking about. If I open any of the records(shown in the screenshot) and then close the record, I come back to the same view but filtering is removed.

    Hi Shweta,

Please go to your Advance Find Button

    0550.1.PNG

Please click on this and same filter apply here and also for future you can save as Savedview. and USE IT.

    Hi Shweta,

You can use Advanced Find for filtering and the result view can be saved as personal view. Please refer my blog on "Performing Advanced Find and Saving Personal Views in MS Dynamics CRM 2016" below.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks

Today I came across the same issue.

It seems that the filters only disappear in the activities overview (maybe because of the more complex structure of this entity en its components).

In the Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and so many other entities, the applied filter was still active.

A possible solution is to add some activity entities separate to the sitemap likte appointments, tasks.
I did'n test it yet, but that may be a resolution.

I just tried to add the activity-entities separate in the menu and this worked to remember the filters.
