We have set up a Voucher Gift Card Item, along with a Voucher Tender. Selling and tendering the card is straight forward enough, but is it possible to view the available balance on the card before Tendering the sale?
Another basic question: How can we make the card reusable? The box in the Voucher Tab is not modifiable.

Starting with version 2.0.0150, the Voucher Ctrl+Shift+F3 button in the POS screen allows you to see the balance of the voucher and add money to it. This upgrade to 2.0.0150 is free if you have RMS 2.0. If you want, I can help you with this. In the Manager program you can also get the balance under Report/Miscellaneous.
