GP use to have a tool/separate .cnk file that provided the functionality to run a 941 with a restriction for employee ID.  Does anyone know if that utility is still available or if there is another way to generate a 941 by employee?

    I'm using a SQL query that refreshes the data in the spreadsheet. Do you actually need to print a form 941?

    Hi Leslie,

    I'm not sure if the Excel spreadsheet would be the solution, but I am interested in how that spreadsheet is being populated.  Are using SmartList Builder or a customized RW report and dumping that to a text file?

    I have an Excel spreadsheet that will provide the information. All of the employees are listed with the amounts in columns. Would something like that help?

    I've tried restricting the report in RW to a single employee, but the report then returned nothing.

    A checked the tweaks I had from Microsoft for current releases, but I don't have anything like that. Have you tried using a restriction in report writer? You could create a macro or report group to print the individual reports. How many employees do you need to create this for? I do not have my pc with me, so I can't test it.
