Alex,
THANK YOU SIR!
Exactly what i've been trying to find.
Heh.. actually, looks like there is.. not sure if the layout is ideal, but have a look at the screenshots:
Alex,
What about building a report from "reports" is there a way to create what i am trying to find that way?
Sorry about that - it seems we are out of luck a little bit. You can also try building the view like his:
Though, in this case, you won't be able to display "user name" (but you will be able to display account name using that regarding object id(account) on the team)
I'm always confusing what's available where, but, in the end, the way I see it is: in the advanced find you can only show columns which are coming either from the entity itself or from some other entity which is linked to the "main" entity through a lookup.
In case with users, access teams, and account, there always seem to be a missing lookup no matter where you start
It should be possible to build an SSRS report to display all those fields if you wanted to go that route, but that would requires SSRS skills
Alex,
This is the drop down i get. None of these have the Regarding object id (account)
Maybe another solution?
You should be able to click "edit columns" and choose "regarding object I'd(account)" from the team entity (team entity should somewhere waybdown in the list.. under related entities.. can't post a screenshot right now)
Alex,
Is there a way to show the account name that user is associated with in the report you advanced find creates?
This looks like Dynamics access team.. there are some third-party customizations, it seems, so I'm not 100% sure, but give this a try - use this kind of filter in the advanced find, just replace "A. Datum" with the account you need:
This is the Sales Team thats apart of the account Ace Hardware. I have two people on this sales team that are not the "owner". I want to see a report that shows who is on the Ace Hardware sales team
Hi,
could you post a screenshot of where you normally see those sales teams? I'm probably not really following the question:) How are those sales teams set up? Looks like it's not done through the connections - do you mean CRM access teams then? Or is it some other "relationship"?
