Why BATCH PROCESSING is too very slow for posting Journal with Recurrence jobs?

I cannot understand why it's too slow. It's always Stuck on 'Waiting' status Sometimes, it takes more than 2 days to be 'Ended'.
We've tried a several test/simulation how it does but I can't get the workflow process.
We also make a test to our AX 2012 R3 on the following:
  • - Local Server environment (Single PC only)
  • - Normal Windows Server (Active Directory)
  • - VMware Server (Virtualization - VXRail)
But it's still slow. Anybody who can find solution on our side?

    First of all, as long as the batch job is "Waiting", it's not doing anything, instead it's waiting for the batch processing to pick it up. Perhaps you accidentally scheduled it to be run only after 2 days? Or perhaps some other batch jobs are stuck, and there are no free batch server threads that could be used with your new batch job.

    What kind of journal is it? How many lines does it have? Can you post similar journal fast if you don't use batch? Posting huge journals can take time, therefore you might consider splitting your data to smaller journals.
