Dear all,
I need to install Dynamics 365 V9 on a "On Premise" environment.
The application is a pretty basic Service module, so everything that is related to Case management and routing rules.
I need to size architecture of the machines, so I figured out which are the expected numbers:
We are talking about 1.5M tickets\Year (so basically 4000 requests per day). Around 50% of them are generated directly on the system, the remaining through (SOAP) web service.
I was wondering if the following setup could be good, or if it is downsized\upsized too much:
- 2 Frontend in Load Balancing (300 users, more or less, but maybe it's required due to number of requests)
- SSRS Server
- 2 Backend Server for Async Mgmt
- 2 SQL Servers in Failover (it is requested to be always up & running)
Thanks in advance to everybody who can give me some feedbacks
