Win 7 64bit SP1. Local installs of GP10.
After installing the base Dynamics with Analytical Accounting and SmartListBuilder, we attempted a needed Service pack
We are getting an error message when attempting to apply this .MSI (KB971014 –v10-ENU)
The error:
The Installer has encountered an Unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2727.

This MSI unpacks a 902e37.msi in the Installer folder, then attempts to call out to a Directory Table which it cannot reach.
The log file gives an error of …unexpected error installing this package. The arguments are: Backup_Folder”
I have attempted with local and domain admin accounts. I have attempted to run from the network and copied the install locally. I ha applied most all security packs
My first thought is the MSI is corrupt because I cannot install on my 64bit nor 32bit machine, but we were successful about a month ago on two other 64bit machines and we have a few 32bits out there. I just uninstalled latest security updates as well.
