Manual negative adjustments were posted for multiple items. For those, the adjustments bin entries were not created and calculate warehouse adjustment is not working for those entries.

    Check Item Register - what was posted there. Do You see the Item Ledger Entries?
    Maybe the Bin Code was missing?
