Steps to get this version:
1. Get a normal trial
2. Set your instance to sandbox
3. Reset it to the version you want.
I have not tried this but seems like you can reset the organization and select the target version as CRM 2016/ CRM 2016 SP1
You can get it Dynamics 365 from:
signup.microsoft.com/Signup;dl=DYN365_ENTERPRISE_PLAN1&Culture=en-us&Country=us&ali=1
Hi EmployeeOcta, Its not possible to get 2016 now, you will get D365 online version only.
The only option is to have onPrem 2016.

You can get the trial for D365 Online from the below link-
It may not be the CRM 2016 version though.
