Renumber document numbers in the Item Reclassification journal

Hello,

Can you renumber the document numbers if there are errors posting in the Item Reclassification journal? The item journal has the renumber functions, but the item reclassification journal does not?

No, the renumber function is not available in the reclassification journal.

You can submit an idea and hopefully someone will pick it up.

Hello,

If Edit in Excel is option available for you, leverage the Find & Replace to quickly renumber all the lines.

Hopefully we will get this feature added to the Item Reclass Journal.

Hello,

In Business Central, the Item Journal includes a Renumber Document Numbers function, but the Item Reclassification Journal does not have this function by default. If errors occur during posting and you need to renumber document numbers in the reclassification journal, you would need to do it manually or customize the page through development. Additionally you can also submit this idea to Microsoft.
