Email sales order confirmation

Hi,

I'm struggling with emailing the sales order "pdf" by email to the costumers.

If I look at docs, I have to click "Post and Send..." on not booked dokuments, but I do not want to post the sales order jet.

And, if I click "Print/Send" I don't get the menu "Send" only "Email Comfirmation" but this menu dons't work, I get this

I can email invoices without any problems.
