Hi ,
Can we create scheduler in dynamics 365 (v9.0) for email sending purpose after one month. (Except workflow)
Note: I want to send email to consumer based on status of record.
Any idea on this ? Thanks in advance

otherwise , follow this simple approach.
1. whenever the status changes to desire status. create a simple workflow or business rule if you wish to which will add plus 30 days date to a custom field(create and hide on the form)
2. create a console application which will run everyday , fetch customer whos custom date field value is today and send email in console application itself.
its the easiest solution. But try to accomodate it workflows , it will be best as stated above.

I want to send email after one month on change of status field. But don't want to use workflow.
Also is there any OOB functionly that we can use for scheduling purpose in CRM online ?

Can you provide more details on this requirement. When you say after one month? is it after 1 month customer creation.
and you have also mentioned you dont want to do it using workflow. the possible solution i can think of writing a simple console application , run it to schedule every day to get customer record and send email. or you can run as per your convenience.
