SKU and Requisition Worksheet

Hi, I struggle with below BC setup issue,

In bc I have:
- two locations where raw materials are stored: Warehouse1, Warehouse2
- one location where goods are manufactured and where demand for raw materials come up: Production

We use also Requisition Worksheet to find purchase requirement for raw materials in Warehouse1 & 2.
To get more correct results in the worksheet I setup raw material items as follows:

SKU	Item	Location	Replenishment system	Transfer From code
TRUE	001_raw_item	PRODUCTION	Transfer	Warehouse1

In result, all purchase suggestions appear on Warehouse1 location and BC generates also transfer suggestions for them, from Warehouse1 to Production locations (both are ok for me).

However the above setup consider only stock availability in Warehouse1 and never in Warehouse2.
Is it possible to adjust the setup to avoid such constraints, i.e. always consider stock available in Warehouse1 & 2 locations, and if not available then suggest purchase in requisition worksheet?
