RE: Workflow send email not appearing in outlook client
Hi HoomDoom,
If you want the contact that received email can see the email in outlook client, you need do some more settings rather than something in screenshot you provided above.
1.Configure mailboxes
(1) Go to Settings > Email Configuration > Mailboxes to choose Active Mailboxes, then click Apply Default Email Settings button.
(2) Edit the active mailboxes.
(3) click Approve email and Test & Enable Mailboxes button.
After several minutes and refresh page, the test run status will be changed to Success.
2.Test email configuration for all mailboxes associated with an email server profile.
Go to Settings > Email Configuration > Email Server Profiles to select and click Test & Enable Mailboxes button.
