limit Purchases for customers Seperately

In the store operation manager Database>Limit Purchases

In this limit purchase windows, only one limitation setting is apply to all the customers.

but every customer has his own limitation.

Update me in this regards and provide me the solution,how to create multiple limitation according to the customers.
