Hi everyone! I am new to the Dynamics world but am currently designing a new table to keep track of our animals and their offspring. However, I have a problem because sometimes I need to access the related table for two different lookup fields. Is there a way to rename the related table list to reflect the lookup field name so I can have "Animals (Donor)" and "Animals (Recipient)" on the following list? Thanks in advance.

Hi Seth-AZDCO,
You can go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Forms to open the form you are using.
Clicking 'Navigation' button to make them can be editable.
Select one you need to double-click in the left pane, 'Relationship Properties' dialog will open, then you can change label with value you wnat.
Save and Publish it.
