On another company it is fine. Do you know what parameters is respoinsible for it?

    Hi,

You have automatic setup of rounding in general ledger, can you check if you have the currency rounding setup?

where can I find it? I have only those transactions configured? Or do you mean something else?

    Hi,

    Hello nuttka,

Can you share details (replication steps) how you reversed the interest note?

There are some settlement elements included in your screenprint. Do you have more details on that?

Also, can you let us know whether you actually post interest notes and whether the customer pays?

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

Hmmm, here is posted Interest note:

    Then I simply Reverse it:

    Got this message:

    pastedimage1604398569696v4.png

And this is my voucher, also for Settlement (settlement is made every time, automatically, Reversal with Interest note, this is fine and works in every company):

I am performing the same in another company and do not have this underpayment / overpayment. My question is, why?

    Hi,

Did you include some fees in the interest note?

What about cash discounts and the AR parameters for them?

Can you do a comparison between your two companies especially in regards to the AR parameters?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Dear Ludwig, parameters the same, I deleted Maximum penny difference to 0,00, just for the test, and look, it still rounds on Reversal :< and balance is -0,15. Crazy isn't it?
