Hello!
Do you know why, when reversing Interest note, AX rounds it?
I got this, without developer!
After changing to 0,00 Interest note reversal is correct, uf!
Dear Ludwig, today at 12 I have a call with developer, we will see, I will come back to this, when I have a solution!
Hello nuttka,
I run out of ideas what the underlying reason might be.
Do you have a developer around who could help you debugging this issue?
Best regards,
Ludwig
Dear Ludiwg, I do not have closing posting profile, and as I said, settlment is fine, what is not fine, is rounding.
Method of payment on 3 Customers, which I have tested, all Bank as Metdod of payment:(
Hello nuttka,
Can you check your customer posting profile and check if a closing posting profile has been defined?
Such a profile usually creates the settlement lines.
In addition, can you check what method of payment the customer has assigned?
Is this a cash based payment method and is there possibly a cash discount that the customer can take?
Best regards,
Ludwig
Checked, even double checked, round off is as Default 0,00. I havent touched it.
When you are generating the interest notes, are you selecting round off option or is it pre selected in the filter?
Can you check that:?
SEK as accounting, EUR as reporting, I checked 3 different ones, all with default currency SEK, but it should ntot matter, interest is in SEK
Hi,
What is your accounting currency and reporting currency?
Is this happening with specific customer?
Dear Ludwig, parameters the same, I deleted Maximum penny difference to 0,00, just for the test, and look, it still rounds on Reversal :< and balance is -0,15. Crazy isn't it?
