Email List in Posted Sales Shipment

I am trying to figure out why the email list in the Posted Sales Shipment is always blank even though we have set up the email list in the Customer Card.  IS there a setup I have missed?  We don't want to keep entering the email list in the Posted Sales SHipment of every order before sending shipment notification.  Please help!

    hi,

    what do you mean with email list? do you mean the email textbox on the according report or on the posted sales shipment page/list? on the report the email textbox shows the/your company mail address, not the mail address of the customer. if you want to show the customer mail, it needs a customization.

    Hi Jonathan. :) Please ignore this question.  I just found out that the Email List functionality that we have is a customization from another vendor. :)  We are good now.
