Hello,

When I was entering cash receipt on Microsoft dynamics GP 2010 after entering the amount it gives me an error ' A get/change last operation on table “do creditcardAuthorizatio’fail accessing sql data.'

Also if I want to save I get the following errors

"GPS error script name getlastcashcreditcardguid:41"

"Sql error script name getlastcashcreditcardguid:207[Microsoft][SQL server native client 10.0](sql server)invalid column name”nextelectronicnumber”"

Please how do I resolve this error.

thank you

    • On your PC, go to start menu, All Programs, Microsoft Dynamics  > GP > Database Maintenance  (right click, run as administrator)
    • You will be requested to enter the Authentication, use the "sa" account, and fill out the server name
    • Choose database
    • Check the Product Name: Dynamics Online Services - Product ID: 6499
    • Check the Functions and Stored Procedures, Triggers and Views to be recreated
    • Run grant.sql

    Here is the reference, Dynamics Online Services tables

    @Mahmoud

    Thank you for your response.

    I followed the steps from the blog but it still did not stop the error from occurring.

    Is there any other thing I can do.

    Thank you

    Usually, such errors might be temporary and closing the GP would resolve the problem as the temp are cleared. If the same problem persists after the restart, check the reference below;
