Dear team,

Is it mandatory to do Hookable(True) for the Private and Protected method in Event handlers.

Kindly provide me any one example , how I can do the approach , if I need to add some code for Private or Protected method with event handlers.

Yes as André said it's not mandatory.

You use it to allow protected and private methods to have post/pre event handlers

Is it mandatory to do Hookable(True) for the Private and Protected method in Event handlers

Assuming your question is about Dynamics 365, like your other recent question, then the Hookable(true) is not mandatory. This is only useful when you want to override the standard behavior of pre- and post events.
