Dynamics 365 - Customer Self Service Portal

I've configured the Customer Self Service Portal but when i'm trying to create a case and select the Customer i'm not able to view the list of accounts and contacts.

Can anyone please help me out in finding the solution to this.

    Hi Omhden Yonzon,

    Do you want to view all Account and contacts?

    Then create Entity permission for Contact and Account, and set Global scope.

    Hi,

    I've created the case incident account relationship:-

    n associated it to the web role:-

    Still not able to see any accounts records in account lookup in web case form.

    You are lacking it for the case to accounts or contacts relationships.

    Hi Andreas,

    I've created and given the Account permission roles to a web role but still m not able to see the list of accounts and contacts in the web case form.

    You need to setup the entity permissions and assign it to the appropriate web role in the portals configurations as explained here:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../assign-entity-permissions
