Hi,
Timeline records were visible till I enabled the field security on fields. As I have enabled field security on Description field on Email entity. I am getting the error on Timeline Records could not loaded. Is there any way to resolve this?

When you configured the "Description" Field in Email Entity, you limitation the security on Email Entity.
So, we know that Timeline control may contains activity entities (like Notes, Email) then due to this limitation I think the control not load correctly.
Try to check the security level profile again for "Description" Field
Hello, it is probably that enabling field security caused a limitation to view the records in the timeline.
