In Contact entity which field should we use for denoting the employer of the patient

Hi All,

in the cloud for healthcare for dynamics 365. We are using the contact entity to store the patient information. now we need to store the employer info of the patient. What would be the suggested field to map the employer? Do we use a custom field that maps to account or is there any suggested best practice for that?
