Hello,
I created a new Legal Entity in AX 2012, but when I try to open General Ledger Parameters menu I'm getting this error:
Any idea of what is missing?

Can you check the sales tax codes for the correct settings? If there is no important data setup yet, or you can recreate it easily, the most quick solution would be deleting the sales tax codes first. Then setup the parameters and start again. There is indeed a check on some combination, but I cannot remember quickly what it was exactly...

Did you import invalid/incorrectly setup sales tax codes?
Correct them, test the setup in a demo company to ensure that they are no errors and then try to import them again in your environment.

I have more legal entities in the system, this table is shared between them and I had not seen this error before.
I checked the table TaxParameters and I realized that it was empty, It wasn't created the row with the basic information so when the system was trying to read the data it was not finding them.
I created manually this row directly from the AOT and that solved the error.

Usually I create the legal entity, then I move it into the virtual company and after that I begin all the configuration. In this case, after I moved the legal entity into the virtual company I realized about the error, firstable I thought it had been a problem with the move to the virtual so I deleted the legal entity and I did all the process again but I got the same result.
I have more legal entities in the system, the tax codes table is shared between them and I had not seen this error before.
