Hello Everyone
I am trying to notify the case owner when a customer replies to a case, it usually appears on the timeline, but we would like to email the case owner.
I have tried with process and power automate with no success.
If someone knows how to to do it and would like to share, I am all ears! :)

Something like this should be possible, with Power Automate if not workflow:
WHEN Email regarding a Case is created
AND Direction is incoming
AND Email is regarding a case
AND email related Sender(Contact) contains data
THEN forward to Owning User of regarding Case / add email to a Queue / send notification to Team
