We've successfully integrated teams into our Sales app. When calls come in, it looks up existing leads/contacts and has been reliable. We are also integrated with Conversation Intelligence and all call recordings are stored in Azure. There are a couple issues we're looking to solve and I'm hoping it's a simple API/Power App solution.
1. When calls come in, the teams widget (I assume) is saving the caller's name ie" Wireless Caller" to the phone number field in phone call record. Sometimes it's the actual phone number. Is there a way to configure/interact with it so it'll always save the number and not the name?
2.As mentioned, recordings get saved off to Azure. However, we would like to save the URL of the Conversation Insight to the record for easy retrieval. Problem is, we have no idea where the ID for the MP4 that's saved is from. ie sales.ai.dynamics.com/.../B633C3A6-283A-46BB-8C30-415A8E0B013E Any idea on where to retrieve this so we can save the URL link back to the call record?
