Good day All,
i'm busy investigating the possibility to update a CRM Record directly via an email sent from CRM
eg. on contact I maybe want to have a two options field with values Accept and Reject (default blank)
On the email template I maybe want to have 2 hyperlink values to accept or reject and depending on which one the contact clicks it should write this value back to the TwoOptions field (of that specific contact record) and select the required value.
Can this be achieved?
