Setting email from address and signature

Hi

In CRM, if I log in as myself - lee@mycompany.com, is it possible to set my from address when sending emails to sales@mycompany.com?

I'd like my signature to stay individual, but the from and reply-to address to be sales@mycompany.com - if that makes sense?

    I think you can send it using a queue. The signature can be personal.
