Hi,
The best is to install docker and then you can run PowerShell Script for creating Business Central Container. If you will go to page https://github.com/Microsoft/navcontainerhelper/ you will find information how to install Business Central Containers for Docker.
Below you have images which are for BC:
1. Sandbox : microsoft/bcsandbox
2. On-prem: mcr.microsoft.com/businesscentral/onprem
