IM Intrastat error

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I am trying to integrate vendors via IM.

The following is the error I am receiving:

Intrastat setup could not be integrated. Please ensure that Intrastat tracking is enabled.

The company does not utilize intrastate and the window under the Addresses>Intrastat are all set to Use Default.

What is causing this and how do I fix it?

When I preview the source doc, it runs fine.

Thanks!

    RE: IM Intrastat error

You must have completed a field in the intrastat section, and then removed it. You can get around this error by:

    1. Open Destination Mapping

    2. On the left of the Integration mapping window under Vendor..Addresses, select Intrastat.

    3. On the right, click the Options tab

    4. Change the Record Source rule to Use Default.

    5. Save the integration and re-run, it should work now.
