I am using Dynamics CRM 2016 On-Premise with Dynamic CRM 365 Mobile App, version 3.2.0.3, released Dec 11, 2016 on an iPad Air, using Admin and non-Admin user logins. I have the same following issues using iOS 10.2 and 9.3.5. Has anyone seen a solution for either of the following issues that started occurring after I upgraded the CRM app? First issue: Go to an entity record, click the ellipsis and select the command, "Open in browser". The Safari browser opens with an Error "An error has occurred. Try this again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.". Second issue: Go to an entity record, click the ellipsis and select the command, "Share Link". An email opens with a subject that contains the name of the entity plus "%20" where spaces should be and an unusable link. For instance, for Amy Adams it displays as "Amy%20Adams" and the link contains the entity name and other data mixed in with random characters, like "...eAmy%20Adams...%...e%20%28...".
