Hi,
I need some help regarding Dynamics CRM Product Catalog. We have 4 products:
1- Configure / Install Product ABC
2- Configure / Install Product XYX
3- One-time setup fee.
4- Ontime fee for Configure / Install Product, applicable on Product 1 and 2.
We want to add Product 4 automatically if user adds Product1 or Product2. I tried creating two bundles like:
a- Bundle one (Product 1 + Product 4)
b- Bundle one (Product 2 + Product 4)
And then I have added all these Products 1,2,3,4,a and b to the same price list. I have set 0 amount for the bundle products.
When user adds Product 1 to the Opportunity, CRM automatically adds two products which are Product 1 , 4 and Bundle a.
And here is the screen shot of the issue:
Is this a good approach? Do we have a better approach?
Thanks

Unfortunately this is how it's been designed out of the box.
Hi Jason,
No actually they are the correct contents of the bundle but its weird that the bundle itself shows $0, although the bundle products shows correct amounts. Ideally it should not show the bundle product at all but only the contents of the bundle, that's what i was expecting.
Hello Yaqub;
Can I ask a clarification on your question? Your stating that the two products that are showing under the bundle aren't the actual contents of the bundle?
