Internet Marketing is not Listed under Settings->Business Management

I am trying to capture a lead from external websites( web-to-lead)  and I have a blog (https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/104097) to capture a lead by Activating Internet Marketing under settings -> Business Management ->internet Marketing but

when I go to settings -> Buniness Management, Internet Marketing is not listed as an option or entity.

is there a reason why it wouldn't be there?

Is there a way we can get it?

    You will need to purchase the Microsoft Dynamics Marketing add on to see this feature.

    Hi, 

    This is incorrect.

    I just tested it myself. I have 3 fields ( two options field with default values to NO )

    One I have set it on the form as a checkbox.

    The other as a radio button.

    The other the default drop down selection.

    I created an brand new entity and did not change any of the 3 fields so they should all default to NO.

    when I create a VIEW with 3 columns showing these 3 fields, The radio button field and the dropdown field shows NO in the view but the Checkbox button contains no VALUES, it is empty.

    The reason I stumbled upon this is because I had a workflow supposed to be trigger by a NO value in a checkbox (two options) field and it never got triggered.

    This is hapening to me on CRM 365 online version 9.0 ( latest and greatest update available today July 6th 2018 )
