I've seen the other threads about this but they don't seem to apply to my scenario.
I'm embedding a Canvas App in an entity form. The app generates a lot of whitespace under its UI.
I set the screen size of the app to 1000 x 444. Other threads suggest that the excessive height issue exists due to the app keeing the aspect ratio. With my screen size however the aspect ratio can't be what's causing this.
I have tried all the sizing options (scaling, aspect ratio and orientation) in all constellations.
What is causing this? How do I fix this?
Maybe this has something to do with it: when I close the app editor and reopen the app it's got the layout messed up for vertical galleries. Their height just gets extended making it look like this:
