HI Everyone,

I have two receipts that were captured from same po.One of them need to be out but 1 item in the receipt that requires removal has been issued.

When I went to return with credit the 2nd receipt I encountered an issue with lot numbers i.e the number of items need to be equal to lot numbers.I could not proceed.

Please help me on how I can remove the 2nd receipt to avoid duplication of stocks.I need to return the receipt to cancel out the receipt.

RE: Double receipt capture

You can't return a receipt for items that have been issued or consumed. You'll have to do an inventory adjustment transaction to correct.
