Purchase Price not retrieve the latest price

Dear all,

I had create purch price at AR Module, Price Disc Aggrement Journal,

but some my item at PO still use old price, I already imported and set the date start from 5 dec, I created po at 12 dec,

but its still use price journal created at jan 2017.

anyone could help ?

the field find next at old price journal was unthick.

You need to close the price that was created at Jan 2017 (by giving it a 'To date' which is, say, 4 Dec).

if this PO related to purchase agreement, Po will take prices and discounts from purchase agreements not price and discount journal

also, you need to check purchase price and validate dates as the below

so you need to check site, warehouse, from qty, to qty, from date, to date,....etc

if your item applied for all conditions in price and discount journal and price not come, it this case you must to debug this issue

Hi Mahmoud,

Yes, I checked too at Trade agreement,

all prices that already imported since beginning showed up in the trade agreement,

but for the previous price before my latest price , when I check its untick for find next field.

do I have to update the field from sql ? since the price already posted and not updateable from client.

can you share the print screen like the above?

just check to date, no need for find next

to date should be before from date in the second journal

if you create new PO and not linked to purchase agreement with the above condition, the price will be .43

also what about this parameter?

Do I need to untick the latest purchase price at released product so the price at purchase order line will derived from trade agreement ?

do I need to empty the date of price at released product ?

what is the right setting for latest purchase price and date of price so its will derived the price from trade agreement.
