I created a new company which will use foreign currency. When capturing a PM transaction we get the following error message: "A valid exchange rate could not be found. Choose Continue to open the Exchange Rate entry window where you can enter or select a valid rate" This allows me to select and then to continue. The exchange rate is valid and within the start and expiry date.

A previous post indicated that the company must be give access to the currency, The company does have access to this currency. I tried deleting and recreating the exchange rate but still get the same error.

Any suggestions on how to get past this issue...

Hi There

Turns out that it was a setup issue... I chose Exact DAte instead of Previous Date.

Make sure you create a full backup of your system and company databases prior to running Check Links

Have you tried running a check links on the Multicurrency Account tables?
