Dynamic SL and C#

Posted on by 35

I was asked to write a program to work with Dynamic SL software.  I am  using objectModel.dll ( SIVApplication and SIVToolbar) to call dynamic sl within my code.   I almost done with my program is when I learn from a friend that I am not suppose to use C#.  According to my friend, microsoft will stop support  our dynamic SL if I am using C# instead of Visual Basic.net to call the objectModel.  I google for hours and unable to find anything on the web that would state this nor dis-agree to this.  Please help me if you know the answer to this question/concern.  Thanks alot for your input.

    Thank you Blaine.

    TiffL,

C# will work with object model dev, the only time you have to use VB.net is when you are creating VBTools for Dynamics.
