Confirmation step payment issue

Hi,

i created payment step in payment method and all steps are posted successfully except confirmation step it show this error (Account number for transaction type Customer payment does not exist)

how can i fix this ?

Navigate to General ledger > Setup > Posting > Accounts for automatic transactions and check whether the record with Posting type "Customer payment" is there.

no, not exist not even in the default types

already add the main account but still the same

Check whether your main account is part of an active account structure.

yes all main accounts is active

i already did the same configuration on other environment and it works without adding automatic transaction in GL i guess there is another issue

in the same payment transaction screen, check if any account is missing, may be the bank account is missing
